While technically Located across the road from the beautiful 13th Beach, because of the spacious grounds and coastal vegetation it is a bit of a walk (or a short drive) to get to the beach. A great option for groups, couples or families where some would like to play golf while others walk on the beach or visit nearby Barwon Head. While it’s a short drive to a busy tourist town it has nice tranquil grounds surrounding it.
