In some places it's a constant battle to find vegan options but not at the amazing places on this list! This is an ongoing post, I will add to it as I visit or find more great vegan friendly resorts and hotels.
Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort
Moku Bar & Grill might be Australia's most vegan-friendly resort restaurant.
Pair this with the fact that its located in Novotel Cairns Oasis, one of the few true resorts within walking distance of Cairns CBD, and you have the perfect place to stay for a vegan-friendly long weekend or tropical holiday.
Hot Tip: Splash out on an Accor Plus membership - you get 50%+ of the cost back in the form of a free night and then you get 50% off meals at many Accor Resort (Including Moku) when there are two of you dining. Just be aware free nights are limited so it may not be available if you have exact dates you need to be there.
The Moku menu is amazing, with vegan desserts, sides and mains to choose from as well as many more options that can be made vegan on request (and it still caters for any carnivores your travelling with).
