While technically Located across the road from the beautiful 13th Beach, because of the spacious grounds and coastal vegetation it is a bit of a walk (or a short drive) to get to the beach. A great option for groups, couples or families where some would like to play golf while others walk on the beach or visit nearby Barwon Head. While it’s a short drive to a busy tourist town it has nice tranquil grounds surrounding it.

The perfect place to stay to close to the action of the heart of Barwon Heads. Right on the river front for easy access to swimming and stand up paddle boarding and walking distance to plenty of lush cafes for breakfast and lunch or restaurants for dinner.
